Returns/Refunds
Unfortunately, Vluv Kollections do not issue Returns or Refunds. All sales are final. If the Item arrives Damaged, we will issue a store credit of equal value of the order that was damaged. All of our Items are custom made which means, when you order, we make the item pictured or requested.
Once the store credit is approved, you will be notified. Please allow 7-14 Business Days for your replacement to arrive. If you have not received the product on the 15th day, email vluvkollections@gmail.com and someone from our team will respond within 48 hours or before.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Send all questions or concerns to vluvkollections@gmail.com. Someone from our team will reach out to you within 48 hours.
