Meet the Owner

Hi, My name is Violet and I am the Owner of VLuv Kollections. In 2021, My Vision for many years became a reality when I started VLuv Kollections. My vision was to establish a one stop shop for home Décor, handmade crafts, T-shirts, Apparel & more. I started out by Making Door Hanger Wood Wreaths, porch leaners and sold Women Apparel.

Self-Taught, I sold on the Platform Etsy and hand crafted many wreaths, porch leaners, mailbox toppers and shipped to several different states within the U.S. Mid 2022, I took a break from my craft and in 2023, I decided to Pivot & start doing Event Decor. Not knowing, this too would spiral and bloom.  (I am Currently selling my Signs on my Etsy Shop at, https://www.etsy.com/shop/VLuvKollections/

My vision for VLuv Kollections has Expanded beyond my expectations and for that, I am so Thankful. I have a love for both crafting and decorating. Shipping Policy

Vluv Kollections use USPS to ship at this time. We only ship within the US with the exception of Hawaii and Alaska due to High Shipping Cost. Our System automatically estimate shipping at check out.

We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please make sure you include your full correct address with your first and last name. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. 

Please allow 7-14 business days (Mon-Fri) excluding weekends and holidays for your order to be processed and shipped due to items being custom made. If you have any additional questions about our Shipping Policy, please email vluvkollections@gmail.com and someone from our team will respond within 48 hours. 

Returns/Refunds

Unfortunately, Vluv Kollections do not issue Returns or Refunds. All sales are final. If the Item arrives Damaged, we will issue a store credit of equal value of the order that was damaged.  All of our Items are custom made which means, when you order, we make the item pictured or requested.

Once the store credit is approved, you will be notified. Please allow 7-14 Business Days for your replacement to arrive. If you have not received the product on the 15th day, email vluvkollections@gmail.com and someone from our team will respond within 48 hours. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Send all questions or concerns to vluvkollections@gmail.com. Someone from our team will reach out to you within 48 hours of received.

When will you have another Event Décor class?

I will make an announcement on social media and post the class here at our Store. We are aiming to do Event classes at least twice per year with limited seats, so please watch and follow my social media pages on (Facebook); VLuv Kollections and check My store for updates.

How much are your Classes?

How Far do you travel for events?

We Are located in South Georgia (McRae-Helena Ga). We typically decorate in those areas but will travel. We are willing to travel up to 2 hours. Do you make custom Wreaths/Porch Leaners?

Yes we do custom Orders. Email me at vluvkollections@gmail.com. Someone from our Team will reach back out within 48 hours.

What is your Turn around time for your custom products?

Please allow 7-14 Business Days for your order to be processed and received. Our Business Days are Mon-Fri only. We do not include Weekends or Holidays.

Once your item has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number Please check your Spam/Junk folders. If you have not received an email by the 15thBusiness day, please send us an email atvluvkollections@gmail.com.

Do you have packages for Event Décor?

Hello, no we do not have a package list. But we can create a Package for you. Feel free to fill out the booking form and someone from our team will reach out to you within 24 hours.

Do you ship your Stove Top/Noodle Boards?

Yes we will ship the Stove Top Boards. Be advised due to the size and weight, shipping rates may be higher for the stove tops. Please email us directly to place an order for noodle boards.

How do we care for our Wreaths:

All of Our Signs are hand made in the Us. They are sanded, stained, painted and depends on the product, sometimes cut.

We cover all of our Signs in an Exterior Solution which is used to protect the Wood and give a more finished and professional look.

No signs will paint the same as they will vary slightly from the picture listed.

We recommend that you keep the sign away from direct sunlight for long periods of time to keep from aging quickly.

For the Tall Porch Leaners, when there are high winds if on a porch/outside we recommend you put it away after the winds are down. The winds could cause the sign to tilt over, fall and possibly be damaged.

A great way to keep your sign for lasting, when not in use for that particular season, lightly wrap in some bubble wrap or some wrap that will protect it and store it away in a safe place.
